How to shop for sustainable furniture....
We came across a great article on MyHomeIdeas.com today and found a lot of very useful information about sustainable home furnishings. This is a very nice site with articles on almost every facet of interior design. Looks like we've got a lot of weekend reading ahead of us!

I have a vendor tax id # if that helps to buy something,lol..I design hand made chakra jewelry adn practice alternative medicine. I ebrace a very green lifestyle in taht I recycle and all that..I want a heater actually for my home that is infrared that is supposed to reduse propane bill! Best price I have seen is $ 175.
Tomorrow I am meeting with Kirsten Gillibrand, our new senator for NY and will be on the green panel for green jobs for upstate Ny preferably in my region!
